CGHIM offers free concierge services to all patients. Concierge Services can advise you on lodging and transportation options, local attractions and businesses, and provide public notary services.
Multilingual appointment, registration and finance personnel are dedicated to meeting the needs of you and your family — before you arrive, during your appointments and after your return home.
CGHIM staff arrange appointments, find interpreters and answer questions about billing and insurance. The concierge service in the office can guide you in making travel and lodging arrangements and tell you about community services, including shopping, entertainment, banking options and worship.
The center can also arrange for fee-based travel services, including airline and hotel reservations and ground transportation, including shuttles, limousine service, and car rentals.
Concierge Services is located in Rafael Augusto Sánchez St. #45, Medical Net Tower, Lobby Level. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. No appointment is needed.
